About the Mon surname

Mon alias Raman people in Asia may be descended from Awam-Mawan-Na , son of Ar-Ram-Ma from the tribe of A-Wa-Hayet-Daha .

Theories say their ancestors might have wandered through India to the places they occupy in the present, from regions where Daha peoples were settled . They too might be among the successors of the exiled tribes from the Holy Land , who must have left their homeland as a result of Babylonian occupation ,and headed on their own will for Mat-Sar-Rawam-Ma ,or were taken into Babele as captives . Relatives of Mons still in the Holy Land may be identified as Mon-Osma and Om tribes of America , also descended from Ar-Ram-Ma son of A-War-Reg-Ham-Ma'ale. The latter may be te one Persians call Orkhamos and Greeks Maleos ,king of Pelasgs .

Awam-Mawan-Na's son was 'A'ak-Haya-Daha too, what means that son Dayak peoples of Borneo might one also have been of te Mon stock ,just as Haidak people in the Caucas and Mots one in Transsylvania .

Modern kingdom of Cambodia ,with a language closely related to Mon ,was founded by Jayawarman about 585 BC corresponding to 802 of the present European aera beginning in 1387 ,so this might well have been the name given to Persian king Kyros , father of Kambysés / Ka(m)buchiya ,who had conquered that region .
