The history about surname BORSE , i heard from my greate grandfather Bapuji (Nagraj Borse). Long centuries ago the village named BHOR was situated in the state RAJSTAN. Bapuji told me the name of river besides the town BHOR was established. Since the history i heard it was my childhood days so i can't remember the name of river. When the river starts disapearing from the region people starts to migrate from the place to search suitable natural place for the permanant civilization. They came in MAHARSHTRA from the way of GUJRAT. When they enter in to KHANDESH they found local peoples were communicate each other in the language very simillar to HINDI because the place was connected to MADHYA PRADESH. Native people keep asking to migrated peoples in HINDI " kahanse se aaye? " means " from which place you are coming" , they got answer " BHOR SE". When people keep asking and when mass of people keep answering BHOR SE .... BHORSE......and then most of the people pronounced and named these peoples as " BORSE " . Thats why we found BORSE surname is not only in MARATHA's. It was used by each cast who are coming from BHOR , Rajstan.
