Married first, Hezekiah Ford, in Scituate, Massachusetts, on December 8, 1720.[1]

Married second, John Stowell, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, after November 1, 1722.

Children of John and Sarah Stowell:

  • 1. Sarah, born in Newton, Massachusetts, August 14, 1723. She was baptized on November 15, 1741. She married David Curtis sometime after June 16, 1743 (when intentions were filed), in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. David was the son of Thomas and Phoebe (Gould) Curtis. He was born in Andover, Massachusetts in January 1721/22. They lived in Sturbridge and Petersham, Massachusetts, and had nine children. David died in Petersham on September 13, 1806 at the age of 85.
  • 2. John, born in Watertown, Massachusetts, or Pomfret, Connecticut, 1726.
  • 3. James, born in Watertown, Massachusetts, July 4, 1728, died Watertown, Massachusetts, July 15, 1728.
  • 4. Benjamin, born in Watertown, Massachusetts, May 4, 1730.
