Sancha Henriques (Braga, c. 1097 - 1163) was an infanta from Portugal, from the Burgundy Dynasty, daughter of Henry of Burgundy, Count of Portucale and Teresa de Leão, illegitimate daughter of King Alfonso VI of León and Castile and Ximena Moniz, a Castilian noblewoman, daughter of Mudiadona Moniz and Munio Moniz, lived all her childhood in the company of her mother and maternal grandfather, who educated her[1][2][3].
She married twice, the first to D. Sancho Nunes de Celanova and the second with D. Fernão Mendes, Mr. deBragança.
From the second marriage she had no children, but from the first she had:
- Vasco Sanches de Celanova (1130 -?), married twice the first to Berengária... and the second to Urraca Viegas.
- Urraca Sanches de Celanova (1120 -?), married D. Gonçalo Mendes de Sousa, "the Good", (1120 - March 25, 1190)[4].
- Fruilhe Sanches de Barbosa (1140 -?), married D. Pedro Fernandes de Bragança.
