Albert James McLaughlin was born at Dunsandel, New Zealand, on 31 January 1882 (reg. 1882/3825), the son of Seaton and Elizabeth McLaughlin. Killed in action, France. Remembered on the Marfaux Memorial and on the New Zealand Railways Roll of Honour board at Wellington Railway Station, Pipitea.
