Josefine Karense Andreasdatter

Josefine ble født i Ramnes utenfor ekteskap. Hennes mor er oppgitt å være piken Martine Johannesdatter Vivestadeie. Ved folketellingen i 1875 bodde Josefine med sin mor og mormor på Vivestadeie i Ramnes. Folketellingen 1885 viser at Josefines mor da hadde giftet seg med Lars Olsen og bodde i Underhaugsveien 3 i Kristiania. Da hun ble konfirmert, bodde familien i Rødfyllgt. 21 på Vaterland.
– Etter mannens død i 1901 fikk Josefine en sønn med Fritz Waldemar Ferdinand Olsen. Paret ønsket å etablere seg i Amerika, og Fritz reiste i forveien i 1905. Josefine og hennes tre barn emigrerte i 1909 og ankom Ellis Island 8. april 1909.[354] To dager senere giftet Josefine og Fritz seg,[355] og folketellingene for 1910, 1915 og 1920 viser at de i New York fikk fire barn til. Josefine døde 11. august 1934 i New York.[
