  The first Maryland reference to the name Jacob Champer is found in four Frederick County land transfers dated 1784, showing Christian Champer obtaining the property from Mr. and Mrs. Absalom Barham, Peter Brunner, John Young, and Joseph Dodson. 

On 22 Nov 1752 John Justice bought 100 acres of Justice Delight in Frederick Co., MD.

   Death: Will written 11 Dec 1784 and probated 6 Sep 1788.
