John Bogle of Hamilton's Farm is the son of George Bogle of Daldowie and his wife Jean Park. East End Glasgow History: Daldowie He was enrolled as a burgess and guild brother of Glasgow on 13 Jamuary 1705. He was admitted in right of him being the third son of the deceased George Bogle, merchant, burgesses and guild brother of Glasgow. Glasgow Burgesses, 1573-1750, p. 260
