Daughter of William and co-heir of her grandfather adam De Everingham, 2nd Baron Everingham of Laxton (widow of Sir Wm. Ellis of Kiddal, Co. Yorks, by whom she had one son Robert Ellis).
Robert Waterton the elder left one son Robert, who married Joan, daughter of William de Everingham of Laxton, and widow of Sir William Ellis, knight, of Kiddall.
