Not the same as Jacob (of George) Wilkin who married Mary Catherine Fravel.

Jacob Wilkin was born about 1778 in Virginia. He is the son of Mathias Wilkin and Margaret Keller.

He married Mary Swisher 24 September 1805 in Hardy Co., Virginia (now West Virginia). [1]
