Purchased land in Barren Co, Ky: Oct 14, 1802-Jasper Anderson and Susannah Anderson his wife, and attorney in fact for David Anderson, all of Albermarle Co, Va for the sum of two thousand dollars to them in hand paid, sell to Henry Emerson, Sr, William Emerson & John Wheeler, all of Albermarle Co, Va, a certain piece of land in Barren Co, Ky on the waters of Big Barren River containing one thousand acres more or less-bounded as follows:....... ....... ......., then the lines according to the Patten Granted to Richard Anderson by Henry Lee ESQ on the 28th day May 1792. Recorded Barren Co Ky 21 Feb 1803. Henry left land to his sons, Zachariah and Pleasant, in Barren Co, Ky. His sons Henry Jr, Jesse, and William were also given land in Barren Co, Ky.
