grave marker at Evansburg, PA (St. James Episcopal Church); but she was married under the care of the Lutheran Rev. H.M. Muhlenberg
~• probably through her father's political and military connections, Hannah's marriage certificate was signed/endorsed by Lt. Gov. James Ewing, a notable Patriot in the Revolution and associated with the even more notable James Dickenson, then Gov. of PA.
As the St. James Perkiomen Church was shuttered in the Rev. War era, he wedding ceremony was held under the auspices of the Augustus Lutheran Church at Trappe, then headed by the Rev. Dr. Henry Melchior Mühlenberg.
