Gideon Marle

Ben notes: The Mellott-Eastman family tree has this person listed as "Merle Marle". I am certain that this is describing two variations on the last name, rather than someone named Merle. There is a birth age given of 1580, but as this is apparently an LDS source, I'd take it with caution (the LDS church did ambitious large-scale genealogies in the late 1900s, but these are widely recognized as not altogether accurate, and in need of verification by other sources).
