Françoise de Bourbon, duchesse de Beaumont

Françoise d'Alençon (1490 – 14 September 1550) was the eldest daughter of René of Alençon and Margaret of Lorraine,[1] and the younger sister and despoiled heiress of Charles IV, Duke of Alençon.
The sister and heiress of Charles IV of Alençon, she was despoiled of her heritage by her sister-in-law Marguerite of Angoulême, sister of King Francis I of France.
Her son Antoine, however, went on to marry Jeanne III of Navarre, born of the second marriage of Marguerite with Henry II of Navarre. The grandson of Françoise and Marguerite, Henry de Bourbon, would become King of France and Navarre.
Family
In 1505, Françoise married Francis II, Duke of Longueville.[2] They had 2 children:

• Renée d'Orléans-Longueville, Countess of Dunois (1508–1515), died in infancy
• Jacques d'Orléans-Longueville (1511–1512), died in infancy

On 18 May 1513, Françoise married, secondly, Charles de Bourbon, Duke of Vendôme.[1] They had 13 children:

Francoise d' Alencon was born circa 1491.1 She married Sir Charles IV de Bourbon, Duke of Vendome, Count of Soissons, Marle, Conversano, son of François de Bourbon, 4th Count & 1st Duke de Vendome and Marie of Luxembourg, on 18 May 1513 at Chateaudun, France. Francoise d' Alencon died on 14 September 1550 at Chateau La Fleche, Anjou, France; Buried at St. Georges, Vendome, France.1

Françoise d'Alençon was born between 1490 and 1491. She was the daughter of René d'Alençon, Duc d'Alençon and Marguerite de Lorraine.1 She married Charles IV de Bourbon, Duc de Vendôme, son of François de Bourbon, Duc de Vendôme and Marie de Luxembourg, Comtesse de St. Pol, on 18 May 1513. She died on 14 September 1550.

Françoise d'Alençon, (° 1490 - † La Flèche 14 septembre 1550), fille de René, duc d'Alençon et comte de Perche et de Marguerite de Lorraine.

Sœur et héritière de Charles IV d'Alençon, elle fut spoliée de son héritage par sa belle-sœur Marguerite d'Angoulême, sœur de François Ier. Mais son fils Antoine épousera Jeanne d'Albret, née du second mariage de Marguerite avec Henri II d'Albret, roi de Navarre. Elle sera donc la grand-mère d'Henri IV roi de France.

Elle épousa en premières noces à Blois en 1505 François II (° 1478 † 1512), duc de Longueville, comte de Dunois, petit-fils de Jean de Dunois, et eut :
