Fernita Neaty Elston

I show Fernita Line Elston dying in 1788. But, then my tree has a son Joseph born in 1789. The only source I have is "Family Data Collection". While I am grateful for this source it is not the very best type of source. I show her marriage in the year 1759 and this is consistent with the birth of her 1st known child: Benjamin W (William?) Elston (1759-1845). Benjamin W is reported to have enlisted in 1777 in New Jersey troops engaged in the Battle of Springfield. He is used as DAR Lineage Vol. 156, page 38, 155115 & also # 120587.
