Sir Philip le Despenser of Goxhill and Camoys Manor, 1st Lord b 18 Oct.1342, d 04 August 1401, married Elizabeth. He was the son of Philip le Despenser & Margaret Goushill.

They had the following children:

1. Sir Philip le Despenser of Nettlestead, Goxhill and Camoys Manor, 2nd Lord, d 20 June 1424. Married Elizabeth de Tiptoft.
2. Alice was born 1364. Married James de Ros
3. Joan was born 1367. Married John de Sutton
4. John was born 1369 in Goxhill, Lincolnshire, England. He died after 1 Aug 1401.
5. Robert was born 1372 in Goxhill, Lincolnshire, England. He died after 1 Aug 1401.

1. Douglas Richardson's Magna Carta Ancestry (2005) pages 275-76 and 612, Philip le Despenser (d.1313) was the 1st husband of Margaret Goushill (d.1349). The Philip married to Joan de Cobham was their son.
