Elizabeth Lasher

Elizabeth may be the daughter of John and Lorinda Magley of Columbia Co, New York. She married John Lasher in October of 1856 probably in Columbia Co, NY. They were the parents of John, Daniel, Egbert and another son who died in infancy.

Feb 26, 1925 - Carroll Times - Elizabeth Lasher of Sheridan township was born in Columbus county, New York, 87 years ago, and has lived in Carroll county for the past 54 years, being one of our oldest settlers.

Oct 1, 1925 - Carroll Times - Grandma Lasher passed away Sunday at the Fred Lasher home. Funeral services were held at the home of the above conducted by Rev. McNichols of Lanesboro. Interment was made at Mt. Hope cemetery.
