Mandate to dispense James Touchet, lord of Audeley, knight, and Eleanor Holond, damsel, of the dioceses of Lichfield and London, after absolution from excommunication, penance and temporary separation, to contract renew and remain in the marriage which they contracted per verba legitime de presenti, but did not consummate, not in ignorance that they were related in the third and third degrees of affinity. Eleanor (de Holland) Tuchet is a direct decendent and bloodline of the kings of England, Scotland, France, and Norse Kings from Denmark/Norway.
Eleanor's identified family bloodline runs to the Plantagenet kings through both her father's and mother's lines, starting with English King Edward III (her Great Grandfather on her mother's side), and traveling through the English manarchy to Kings Edward II (Plantagenet) and Edward I (Plantagenet) "Longshanks" of England (reign 1272-1307ad) her 3rd great grandfather. Her Father's Plantagenet bloodline comes from King Edward I. Through both bloodlines, Eleanor is a direct decendent and blood line of the House of Mercia, House of Wessex, House of Normandy, and the House of Plantagenet (Angevin). Eleanor de Holland was born illegitimately circa 1406 [1] She was the daughter of Edmund de Holand, 4th Earl of Kent and Constance Langley.[1].
A contract for the marriage of Eleanor de Holland and James Tuchet, 5th Lord Audley (of Heleigh) was signed in March 1429/30 [2]. As a result of her marriage, Eleanor de Holland was styled as Baroness Audley in March 1430 and her married name became Tuchet [1], [2].
