Charles WHALAN (aka WAYLAND) was born 5/10/1772 (son of James WHALAN and Mabel BORDEAUX)

Charles was convicted of poaching (aged 14)and sentenced to 7 years transportation. He arrived in Sydney Cove on 13/10/1791 on "Abermarle".

Charles enlisted in the NSW Corp on 14/6/1793

Charles had a relationship with Elizabeth BERRY (they married on 19/3/1810 at Sydney City) and they had the following children
