Cerise Gaissert Long age 63 died Monday January 13, 2008. Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday at Sparta Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating.
Ms. Long a native and resident of Hancock County graduated from Tift College and earned a degree in Psychology and Sociology. She was preceded in death by her father John Augustus Gaissert.
Survivors include a daughter Tracey Wendell of Gainesville, her mother Marguerite Gaissert of Sparta, two brothers Will Gaissert of Evans, and John Malcolm Gaissert of Campbell, CA, a granddaughter Isabel Sydney Wendell of Gainesville.
