Catherine Millot. Her married name was Joffrion. She was born on 2 June 1665 at Hochelaga, Montréal, (Montréal), Nouvelle-France.

Catherine Millot married Jean Joffrion, son of Pierre Joffrion and Marie Briau, on 17 April 1698 in Varennes, (Verchères), Nouvelle-France. She was the widow of Jacques Mongeau.

Catherine Millot witnessed the baptism of Catherine Joffrion on 16 November 1698 at Cap-St-Michel, Varennes, (Verchères), Nouvelle-France.

Catherine Millot witnessed the baptism of Jean-Baptiste Joffrion on 26 September 1703 in Varennes, Nouvelle-France.

 She witnessed the birth of Joseph Joffrion on 18 March 1708 at Varennes, Nouvelle-France.  

She died on 10 October 1708 in Varennes, (Verchères), Nouvelle-France, at age 43. She was buried on 11 October 1708 at Varennes, (Verchères), Nouvelle-France. Present were Étienne Senécal and Joseph Jouet. Officiating at the funeral was the pastor of Varennes, Reverend Claude Volant de Saint-Claude. He was pastor from 1692 until his death at the age of 65 in 1719. He was buried in the new church.
