Carlene 'Kathleen' O'Neil

Biography

Carlene 'Kathleen' Evans was born in 1933. Her parents were Patrick Evans and Alice Riding.

Carlene married Ernst Schilboch. Together they had the following children:
Shannon Margaret Schilboch;
Marcus Clive Schilboch;
Keir Ernst Schilboch.

Carlene was an artist, teacher, playwright and mother.
In about 1970 she predicted Bob Hawke would be Prime Minister of Australia, something that seemed ridiculous at the time. She moved to New Zealand as she predicted pandemics in the future, she said New Zealand could easily close ports and airports and be immune to it. This is why I am adding her to the "I told you so!" Project.
