SCRUGGS: Betty Lou Windham Scruggs, affectionately known as "Boots" died Saturday, December 7, 2002 at a local hospital. Born July 17, 1933 in Lamar, SC she was the daughter of Hoyt and Rosa Mae James Bryant Windham.

Mrs. Scruggs was a Baptist. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her husband Dwidell Scruggs of Charleston; two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Shannon Justice of Charleston and Patrick and Jennifer Justice of Summerville; brother Gary Windham of Holly Hill; and granddaughter Lauren Dale Justice.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM TODAY, Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at Plantation Memorial Gardens, Hwy 17A, Moncks Corner, SC.
