Lincoln, held in chief, and for the said Guy to regrant the manor to the said Geoffrey for life with successive remainders to Andrew son of the said Geoffrey and Beatrice his wife and the heirs of their bodies, to Geoffrey brother of the said Andrew and Constance his wife and their heirs and to the right heirs of the said Geoffrey Luterell.
