Family (additional notes)

Michael Meyer married Anna Maria Unknown (1675-1766). She is often said to be Knauß/Knauss (1675-1766), but this may be a mis-attribution to the wrong birth record. The research of Annette Burgert shows her family name as Unknown. They had the following children [NOTE: FamilySearch shows a marriage date in 1688, but the location is wrong and it is not a good fit to the birth of the children. FamilySearch also shows 11 children total, some of whom did not emigrate; clearly, some of these are mis-attributed, because they have different birth locations. Also, a son Nicholas is currently linked on Wikitree, but he is not among the 11 listed at FamilySearch. Nicholas also appears to be mis-attributed]:

  1. Johannes (~1699-1766) m1 Maria Catharine Stallman (~1703- bef. 1746); 8 children, m2 Anna Maria Essel (~1720- ); 1 daughter Anna Barbara
  2. Johann Daniel (1707-1761) m Anna Catharina Unknown (1707-1750); 9 children. Anna Catharina died prior to immigration
  3. Sophia Maria Apolonia (1710- ) m George Wolf (~1710- ); 8 children
  4. Anna Eva Catharine (1715-1793) m Johan Peter Roudt (Ruth) (1704-1771); 5 children. [NOTE: her marriage info is unconfirmed, check sources]

Buried: Anna Maria died in Tulpehocken, but the location of her grave is unknown. She has a virtual Find A Grave: Memorial #186195504, which contains information that is likely to be incorrect, such as her year of immigration, her birth location, and her parents, who are Unknown.
