There is no clear documentation known to show the identity of the wife of Archibald Rhea's wife, Ann.
Her maiden name has been suggested to be Guthrie or Humphreys.

Many members of the Guthrie DNA Project frequently have descendants of this couple show up among their Autosomal DNA Results, however, this could potentially be a regional relationship to other extended families.

If the name Humphries is in error, it may have been sourced from the following early Augusta County Marriage record. On 10 November 1798 an Archibald Rhea married Ann Humphries. This 1798 DOM indicates that it is for another person since this Archibald Rhea was dead in 1763.
