[3421] Vargas noted that she was married to Cristóbal Baca, who had been absent for five years. Chávez assumes that Baca was dead by 1687, but Ana did not seem to consider him dead in December of 1692 when she chose to report him as missing. It appears that he abandoned her for Gregoria de Luna in 1684. Her household contained two daughters, Juana, age18, and Luisa, age 17. There were two orphans and one granddaughter, named Josefa. The orphans were Felipe, age five and Elena, age twelve. Her absent sons were Francisco, married and living at the Cosihuiriáchic mines and Felipe, married and living at the real de Parral. Vargas reported that he was also shown a granddaughter named Josefa, age 5.
