<!-- Please edit, add, or delete anything in this text. Thank you! --> Author: Kenneth Shelton Could someone fix or remove this spouse for Agnes Griffith Wood. He is listed as PRIVATE.<p>"Wife of [private husband (1910's - unknown)]" This person could be
Mathew Talbot
Husband of Agnes Wood (Griffith) </p> Author: Tyrone Woods As for a Abel Griffith as not Agness father, I'm thinking there are two different Abel's she's listed as deceased daughter Agness Wood with children by John Bell I presume stepchildren mostly her and John Wood children were orphaned and wound up in Bedford county VA. It appears only the Bell children were awarded in the will, it could be possible there's two Agness Griffiths who died and were married to a Wood but it appears to be the same Agness I'll research more in the records. Please let me know of any more findings and I'll share mine in the bio and sources as well, thanks for collaborating Author: Bryna Dunlap From what I've found so far, the Abel Griffith listed here as her father can't be her father. Here's why...Abel (1735), fathers named Benjamin Griffith and Married to Barbara Owen (1738). If Agnes was born abt 1729, that would make Abel 6 when she was born. Author: Tyrone Woods <a href="/wiki/Griffith-1583" title="Griffith-1583">Griffith-1583</a> and Griffith-1303 appear to represent the same person because: this is the same person, it's a duplicate of Agness wife of John
