Agnes (or Euphemia) Reiny

Lancelot VANCE was born 1625 in Ireland, and died 1688 in Ireland (Seige of Londonberry, Ireland). He married Agnes REINEY, daughter of Ashe REINEY. She was born 1635 in Londonberry, County Derry, Ireland, and died 1690.

p.s.: Unfortunately, Bart Welch is a far better source of information about the Vance family surname than he is about the Jackson family surname. (This might be expected, since his mother's maiden name was Vance.) Believe him when he says that Dr. Lance had a wife named Euphemia Vance (Murray). Do NOT believe what he has to say about the Jacksons--and in particular, don't believe him when he says that Andrew Jackson, 7th U.S. president, was related to the Vances. Instead, believe Jason Wills (C), who says that Andrew Jackson Sr.'s father was Hugh Jackson, NOT Dr. Joseph Jackson. Jason curates President Jackson's family surname all the way back to Richard Jackson I (1505-1562), so he ought to know.
