Adam Holloway of Westborough probated 15 Aug 1733

In the name of God, the twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord 1733 & in the sixth year of our Souveign Lord George the Second of Great Brittain, Etc. King.

I, Adam Holloway of ye Town of Westborough in the County of Worcester in his majestic province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England yeoman, being much induressed in Body but in perfect mind & memory thanks be toGod for it therefore calling unto mind the mortality of my body & Knowing that is appointed for all men one to Die do make this my last will &testament tha t is to say. Principally & first of all I give & Recommend my soul to God that Gave it & my Bo dy I do Recommend to the earth to be buried in Decent Christian Buriall all ye Decretion of m y Executor & as touching Such Worldly Estate wherewith it Hath pleased God to bless me in this Life. I Give Devise Disposse of ye Same in the following manner &form.

Imprimis. I do Give unto Hannah my Beloved wife all my Moveable estate within Door & without & the Improvement of my Lands During the time ofher natural Life & also my House to Dwell in & after her Decease I do Give only my Eldest Daughter Mary Rice the sum of ten pounds & to my Second Daughter Hannah Farrowbush the sum of ten pounds & to my youngest Daughter Elizabeth Wheeler the sum of ten pounds all this thirty pounds to be paid to my three Daughters above named out to my estate after my wife's Decease & not before.

Item. I do Give & Bequeath unto my only Son Willm. Holloway whom I Likewise do Constitute make & ordain to be my Sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament all my Land both upland s & meadow Lands whatsoever Lying & being within ye bounds of the Township of Westborough & al l my Moveable Estate after my wife's Decease and ye afored. thirty pounds is paid to my three Daughters as above mentioned & I do Hereby utterly Disallow Revoke Disanul all & every other former Testaments Wills Legacies & Bequests & Executors by me in any ways before named Willed &Bequeathed Ratifirming & Confirming this & no other to be my Last will &Testament.
