About Adam Brungardt
Born in Herzog, Russia to Johan Georg Brungardt (1794-aft. 1857) & Anna Katharine Braun (1805-aft. 1857).
He was listed as Johan Adam Brungardt in the 1850 Herzog census but just Adam in the 1857 census. Die Herzoger lists his mother as Margaret Rome and Johan Georg had a first wife who died around 1826 whose name could have been Margaret. But all subsequent census list his wife as Anna or Maria Katherine.
His sister was Anna Katharina Brungardt Sander and her husband Johannes Sander is the brother of Adam's wife, Katharina.
Immigrated to the US on the SS America, arriving Baltimore, MD on 14 Aug 1888.
