Abigail Filley, dau. of William and Margaret (---) Filley of Windsor, Conn., b. there of record Aug. 21 (bp Aug. 28), 1658. She d. Jan. 8, 1706/7 in Windsor, Conn.

On Aug. 26, 1680 in Windsor, Conn., Abigail m. 1) John Bissell, s. of Samuel Bissell and Abigail Holcomb, b. of record Apr. 5 (bp. Nov. 27), 1659 in Windsor, Conn. He d. before Jan. 27, 1684/5, the date his estate inventory was taken. They had two children who are outlined in their father's memorial.

On Oct, 20, 1685 of record in Windsor, Abigail m. as his 1st wife, Samuel Tudor, s. of Owen Tudor and Mary Loomis, b. Dec. 5, 1652 in Windsor. Seven children of the marriage. Samuel m. 2) Feb 7, 1707/8, Joanna Taylor.

John Bissell, oldest recorded child of Samuel Bissell and Abigail Holcomb, b. of record Apr. 5 (bp. Nov. 27), 1659 in Windsor, Conn. He d. intestate prior to Jan. 27, 1684/5.

The widow Abigail (Filley) Bissell m. 2) Oct. 20, 1685 of record in Windsor, Samuel Tudor, by whom she had seven additional children.
