Abigail Otis

This Abigail Russell is the daughter of Rev Johnathan Russell and Martha Moody. She married Thomas Otis.

She should not be confused with another Abigail Russell, who was son of Benjamin Russell and Mary Preston, and married Seth Lyon.

Biography

Abigail Russell was born on October 2, 1687, in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts [1]. After Nathaniel's death she moved in with her son Major Jonathan Otis at Newport. Then later moved in with her son in law Edmund Freeman at Mansfield, Conn.
