Abel Hine

Abel signed the conn money as seen in this picture. Abel Hine..first town clerk of Hinesburgh Vermont. In 1776 Abel Hine Esq. was appointed to procure and purchase for the use of the State, all such articles of refreshment and clothing: and to transport supplies to Troops where they might be situated.
