On 2/7/1825 Aaron escaped and joined with Patrick RILEY, Clinch and Cleary as bushrangers;

On October 1825, Aaron surrendered to authorities and was convicted of Bush Ranger Activities in the Newcastle area (Jacobs Mob); he was sentenced in the Sydney Supreme Court on 23 Nov. 1825, and was sent to Norfolk Island on "Isabella" on 17/3/1826

Aaron returned to Sydney on "Isabella" on 31/12/1837 & married Jessica Jessie Smith on Mar 12 1838, in

Sydney. Aaron received his Ticket-of-Leave 23 Feb. 1839, and he & Jessie returned to Norfolk Island board the ship "Governor Phillip" in May 1839

On 18 Feb 1823 Aaron Price and James Barton committed a burglary using force and arms in Oxfordshire, England. They stole property valued at six pounds and two shillings. Also convicted of burglary of 12 Hats, 2 Aprons and a Watch, Total Value 6 Pounds and 2 Shillings. On 5th March 1823 Aaron Price and James Barton were convicted in the Oxford Assises (court) and sentenced to death (PRO 2793 HO/27/26; commuted to Life and Transported to Sydney, NSW, Australia
