Mr A. Locke, 33, was born in Chichester, West Sussex.
When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 10 April 1912 he gave his address as 309 Portswood Rd., (Southampton). His last ship had been the Avon. As a Scullion he received monthly wages of £3 10s. Locke was taken on as a substitute at the last minute and had to sign-on on board ship.
