Luke Billington was born about 1620. He passed away before 23 May 1672 when his will was proved in Rappahannock County, VA. He was active in Northampton County, Virgina by December 1645 and a daughter was married by 1661, which allows an estimate of his birth date. He was married at least twice.

The name of his first wife is not known. The given name of his second wife was Barbary (Barbara) and they were married by about 1655, since their daughter was married in 1673.
