I have always been fascinated by the Middle Ages, especially the time around the Black Death and the calamitous 14th Century (Barbara Tuchman's phrase).

"A Distant Mirror" changed my life, I'm not kidding. It was when I realized real life could be even more exciting than Tolkien's version of it.

Michel de Nostredame was probably the most renowned Plague Doctor – he is widely known to us as Nostradamus. Read his fascinating bio.
Michel Nostradamus

These are two projects we have that touch on the Black Death era.

Time to pull out my old Medieval history books. That era fascinated me too.

Please note that it my take a minute or so before the video files to start to play

Sorry, but this is what I got: "You don't have permission to view this item."

Has anyone else had a problem watching them?

"Error, Don't Have Permission to View This File" is what appears when I click the link. Does it have anything to do with your privacy settings?

What about adding the original URL link to the project instead of the video files till we can add video directly to the Project?

I'm going to report this problem. (the links have changed although they can still be founf at other places)

If another Curator can not see the videos, then there must be a problem with video files in General (Victor watched them tho) Odd
