Not sure if it's just me but I'm seeing a lot of duplicate forum posts. like something is wrong with the site (creating two discussions) and not human error. Anyone else seeing this..

Yes, I have seen the same phenomenon 3 times yesterday.

I believe we released the fix for this, yesterday.
