Thanks Bjorn - I worked out afterwards that I was supposed to add him to the project.
Will do that next time.
I've come across quite few - but only knew what to do with them since Pam Wilson told me.

PS Please note that the Gruffudd profile above is NOT a fake profile. It's the Lord Hugo that is claimed though he would be 1000 years old.

Kathy, - not responding to merge requests is a totally out of scope to be classified as a fake account.

Abandoned account may be, but if if you find zombies (living profiles in the historical area) you get them solved by posting a link to the area in this discussion:
