Kindly review your historical notes. We would be eager to know how we are descendants of the Apter Rov. Our Great grandfather was called Dovid Heschel he lived in Philadelphia and was reffered to as the Apter Rov.
He was in essence a Flam the son of reb Shalom Flam. his mother must have been a Heshel and a baal Shem Tov descendant.
