ATTENTION Curators, please assist

Any one familiar with the Puckett line? Here is another odity. I looked at profiles associated with this merge to determine date to see if it was a false or a true. What came up was a lot of people with no dates, and possible intergenerational mixups, where there were some dates.
It was also on my merge list.

Will add some info into Stephens about page about his various marriages, and who is who.. After we correct Stephen and Constance can we lock it up? or something, to protect it from incorrect changes? Was Constance really a passenger on the Mayflower? I thought it was just Stephen...

Constance was a Mayflower passenger with her father and step-mother Elizabeth Hopkins and several siblings and half-siblings. The reference should sort them out. Her mother (Mary) was the first wife of Stephen Hopkins, and had died.

According to another page from the same reference, Elizabeth's maiden name was Fisher. She gave birth to Oceanus Hopkins on the voyage of the Mayflower.

I started the zombie script on Mr. Walker as suggested by David Prins. There are what look to be private profiles in this area though so suspect I won't be able to help much.

"Zombie script"? I get that, on Geni, 'zombies' are dead ancestors whose profiles still show them as living. I've combed my lists of profiles manually several times to clean them up. Is there a script that will grind through them so we don't have to do it the hard way?

The Zombie Hunter is a special tool only given to curators. Yes, it does what you are currently doing manually. There is a Zombie discussion. What you need to do is to post a link of the closest non-Zombie relative in that discussion. It is also helpful if you tell us anything you know, such as John Doe -- his son is a Zombie. That tells us where to start.

There are some things even we curators can't do with the Zombie program. Certain private profiles cannot be fixed with the program. When we see that is the problem we will come back and tell you.

BTW What Eldon said is correct. What sometimes happens is a "claimed" and private profile within the family group. The Curator Zombie script won't fix that but your own family group settings will.
