Francis Jerome Ernest Hart and Lilian (Mitchell) Hart were major figures in Western Australian journalism and amateur entertainment from 1884 to 1896. I am their biographer, by osmosis, through my particular interest is Amateur Entertainment in Western Australia 1875-1895, the Harts being major influences.
