I believe this William, married to Ann Ferguson, may have been Newman's father. Joseph would have been his brother, and Elizabeth and Ann would have been his sisters.

Joseph Leon Dunn - what's making me hesitate is location.
This Ann Dunn (who looks to have been the widow of Thomas Whitfield, Sr. (I) of Elizabeth City) was of Elizabeth City County. "Your" William was of Essex / Richmond County.
The birth record for Newman Dunn is a christening on 18 November 1714 in North Farnham Parish, then in Richmond County:
"Virginia, Births and Christenings, 1584-1917", , FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VRRH-DR8 : 28 January 2020), Newman Dun, 1714.
In 1714, Katherine Forgison (widow of Daniel) wrote her will naming her granddaughter Elizabeth Hancock It was probated in Elizabeth City County (defunct, now Hampton County). That's in Southeast Virginia. She named son in law William Dunn her executor. Could he have fulfilled that duty from the Northern Neck? it's some 70 miles away.
I see you've added a specific birth date for Elizabeth of April 02, 1711. Can you add where she was born and reference the record?
I believe Elizabeth's birth record is attached to this profile. https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/G2JY-1HV/elizabeth-dunn-1711
Yes, that record for an Elizabeth Dunn is similar to the record for Newman Dunn so it's reasonable to find them siblings.

You mentioned on another discussion that you descend from Newman Dunn. Do you find this William Dunn and Ann Forgison of Elizabeth City County to be his parents?
You posted this link. I don't know who he is.
William Dunn
This one looks correct.
William Dunn, of North Farnham Parish
All these William Dunn's are confusing.
William Dunn is an active Geni member who descends from Newman Dunn (1714-1762).
On another discussion, he mentioned that identifying Anne, the wife of Newman's father, William Dunn, of North Farnham Parish (b. 1695).
Joseph, if you missed it here:

The entire Anne Newman situation will never be proven because of the courthouse fires in Northumberland County which destroyed the information to prove it and that a Walter Dunne, that several of us believe is the 1st immigrant, as I've been through every document there on the subject that still exist.
