Rob Spencer, "Macro Genealogy" and "Calibrating with Historic Figures" at his site "scaledinnovation.com", Spencer's analysis of the DNA signatures of the Clans of Siol Alpin concludes a single male Y-DNA , at approx 700AD, he then theorizes that Alpin may be the SNP S744 individual (Y-DNA).
