I received a message from Hatte Blejer regarding a family member Zalman Margolis that she detached from my family tree. And I'm no longer able to edit the profile for Kasriel Margolis.

There is some sort of mistake because all of the family members descended from Zalman Margolis are related to me and to my family. Can you please contact me as soon as possible as the cousins who are included in this branch of the family and other branches are meeting on Zoom this month to try to get to know each other better and I rely on this tree to determine how exactly we are related. Believe me, these are cousins I have known all my life but whom no longer appear on my Geni family tree.
This is very disappointing to me. I feel like I need to delete my tree and request a refund from Geni and use some other program to keep my family tree. Which would be very difficult because other family members on the other sides of my family and my husband's family have accounts that we share.
Can you please respond as soon as possible?
Also, why didn't you send me a message asking if this was or was not a family member and if it was ok for you to detach them? The message you sent to me was not clear, and did not indicate that you are an admin on Geni. I assumed you were a family member.
This whole thing is very confusing.
