Pertaining to Matilda, one has to reconcile if present circa birth years for her parents are valid—i.e., Humphrey b. c.1120; Margaret b. c.1126.
If they are valid, then the earliest Matilda would’ve been born is c.1141.
It is implausible that Matilda first married Henry D’Oyly (b. 1109 or 1094) if he would have been about age 47 or 62.

Either the circa birth years for Humphrey de Bohun III (II) and Margaret de Hereford need adjusted, or the date range for Henry D' Oyly has no valid basis.

There is much basis to discredit the circa birth years showing on Henry D' Oyly 's person-profile page.

Medlands does not guesstimate the birth years for him or his parents:

Medlands guesstimates her birth year being 1140/43. Perhaps Medlands mistook the marriage of Matilda to Henry D' Oyly when it may have been a marriage to his son, Henry d'Oilly, II instead.

Medlands shows: “a) HENRY de Oilly (-[1232])… m firstly SIBYLLA, daughter of --- (-after [1200]... m secondly MATILDA, daughter of --- (-after 1242)...."
