This Alice Shelton, who married Sir John Heveningham is NOT the same Alice Shelton who married Bedingfield.

The Alice Shelton who married Bedingfield was the daughter of another Ralph Shelton and his wife Alice Uvdale. This Ralph Shelton was the son of Sir Ralph Shelton (1315-1375). The Alice Shelton who married Heveningham was the daughter of yet another Sir Ralph Shelton and his wife Margaret Clere as shown correctly.
