Edward Norton - John Rolfe & Pocahontas were Edward Norton's 12th paternal great grandparents

According to Henry Louis Gates Jr and the show "Finding Your Roots", there's a paper trail that proves that Edward Norton's 12th paternal great grandparents were John Rolfe & Pocahontas.
This is interesting. But since the paternal side of Edward's tree is missing we can't see the lineage of that connection.
