Maj. Simon Willard - Updated wives

Dean Richard Hobart has drawn attention to errors in the Geni profiles of the wives of Maj. Simon Willard and we’ve corrected the tree accordingly.

These changes are based on The Great Migration Begins sketch for him (see document attached: https://www.geni.com/documents/view?doc_id=6000000190058422821) and some additional notes from Corrected Ancestry of Mary, First Wife of Simon Willard", by Joe Cook. The Genealogist. Volume 30, Fall 2016.

In brief:

• Simon Willard never married a Dunster woman. He was previously shown as married 2) Elizabeth Dunster 3) Mary Dunster
• His first wife, Mary Willard was the daughter of Samuel Sharpey & Abovehope Parson (The Willard’s named a daughter “Abovehope” for her grandmother)
• His second wife, Mary Noyes previously seen as Mary Dunster, is of unknown origin. She married Dea. Joseph Noyes secondly.
